Opal

Opal

An invisible cloak sounds like tons of fun. Although it could get you into trouble, like Harry Potter was warned, the benefits of sneaking around are too good to pass up. “This cloak could get quite cumbersome!” Sure, you could argue that. Why waste your time with a bulky cloak when the milky white opal has the same powers. In medieval times, when the stone was placed into water it became transparent. This created the notion that invisibility could be obtained by its holders. Opal, the birthstone for October, could provide an interesting approach to tricking and treating!
